The program is designed and delivered to bring your team together and challenge them on different aspects of being a 'team'. Through experiential learning and our custom designed programs we focus on your objectives and relate activities back to the work environment.
The day is active without being overly physical so everyone can participate and will include on and off ground activities. Our TIPS for Success Activities (Team Initiative and Problem Solvers) focus on the patterns of decision making, application of skills and team roles which are examined during debriefing discussions.
A highlight of the day is the low ropes course that puts the team to the test. This is followed by our Flying Fox and Leap of Faith to encourage participants to support their colleagues and stretch their own comfort zones.
This program takes place on our exclusive 85 acre property at Silver Valley, Byford and is similar to the T.E.A.M. Challenge. Silver Valley highlights include the 388m Flying Fox and Dam Activities.
Your mission... should you choose to accept it, is to take on a number of complex challenges at our exclusive 85 acre property in Silver Valley, Byford. The team will need to effectively organize themselves to score the highest points possible through careful planning and execution. In the process, participants will learn team dynamics, their own contributions, strengths and limitations. This mission quickly gains momentum and becomes a strategic exercise culminating in large team activities requiring strength of character and cooperation amongst individuals and groups. This is a fun yet demanding team experience for those teams wishing to extend themselves.
Mission Impossible can also be held in and around Challenge Stadium.
For the team in pursuit of excellence, this program provides you with experienced facilitators who are trained in many different leadership, communication and championship team workshops and allows us to pass on important theoretical knowledge supported by a range of experiential activities. These will reinforce the message being delivered and the opportunity to see how it works in practical terms. There are many pluses for this program: participants are constantly energized, important theory sessions are reinforced, participants are able to 'practice' their new skills in a safe environment and team members are able to bond and develop as a more effective team.
Based at Rottnest Island located just a 30 minute ferry trip from Fremantle. The Rottnest Team Crusade requires your team to work together to help locate "The Lost Wisdoms". Travelling around the island on bikes each group will have the chance to use planning, navigation and teamwork to find their way to various checkpoints and team activities. The Rottnest Team Crusade will challenge your team to see how well they work together under time pressures and when rewards are up for grabs. The finish to this program will leave everyone with a definitive moment that will be remembered for years to come.
We understand that not everyone has the ability to take their team to Rottnest for the day, so to answer this we have created the Team Crusade. Based around the Rottnest Team Crusade this is a portable version that can be taken almost anywhere. We are able to write a unique Team Crusade based around your requirements including location, transport, length and outcomes. Just like the Rottnest Team Crusade this program requires the groups to use planning, navigation and teamwork to locate, and then discover "The Lost Wisdoms"
These fun, wacky and sometimes bizarre activities are a great way to break the ice at a conference, to give people a wake up after lunch, or simply for some good FUNN and a chance to get to know each other better. Team games and activities include all sorts of props and will get people moving, shaking and having a good laugh together. FUNN mean Functional Understanding Not Necessary! These activities are very simple and great for helping groups have fun together.
A high impact program designed to strengthen your sales team by encouraging big picture thinking. Groups earn credits by playing the odds on their successes through a series of low impact activities.
Not only will participants be required to work under pressure - "customers" will have to be attended to throughout the program.

Is your team up to the challenge?
A multi day program that tests the organizational skills, communication and ability of any team to work together. Set in a location known only to organizers, the group is challenged to find locations through clue solving, completing activities as groups and taking on personal challenges. Over the course of the program, the team will discover their strengths and weaknesses and have a genuine opportunity to develop further as a team.
Lights, Camera, Action challenges the team to create a script from a given theme. From that the team must act, direct film and produce a finished product that can be screened. It will take team members "out of their comfort zone" and possibly uncover some hidden talents. Lots of fun and is guaranteed to produce plenty of laughter. An individual DVD will be produced for everyone.
