The perfect medium to develop your current and potential team leaders by giving them not only an opportunity to learn theoretically about different styles of leadership, but the chance to practice adopting different styles. By combining theory with experiential training and challenging group activities, participants are asked to fulfill roles using styles they may not have previously experienced or where the stakes are perceived to be too high to risk the unknown. This is the perfect opportunity for participants to explore how they are able to change their own behavior to see the different ways it affects others as well as experiencing how different leadership affects themselves.
Management Unveiled is a team exercise that requires "management" to handle 3 complex team challenges simultaneously. With an overall goal to "earn as much as you can" the work teams have the opportunity to develop better communication and planning systems to achieve "management" goals.
By changing market conditions and having somewhat rigid management systems the team will need to network effectively, develop negotiation skills and adhere to well developed strategies to attain the set objectives. This team exercise has the power to expose staff to management positions in a non threatening environment and have management working as staff. This then can be directly related to the work place and the possible change in work systems or affirmation of current practices.
This program challenges the team to work effectively over 3 one hour shifts. There are four geographically separate sectors, with each sector containing a number of TIPS Activities. The better the team performs the more points you score. The more the team connects the higher the profits. Combining better performance and better connection allows the teams to achieve their goals. This produces a wow factor with a lasting impact.
